SMS terms

Effective August 22, 2026. Last updated August 22, 2026

Program name: LotLine offer texts
Sender: LotLine, San Antonio, Texas
Number: published on the homepage when a number is on it

What you are signing up for

Recurring informational and conversational text messages about a possible cash offer for a property you own or control, including follow-ups, scheduling a visit, and replies in that thread. This is not a one-time confirmation-only program.

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is a few messages around an active conversation, not a daily blast. LotLine does not run coupon or promo campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's plan controls that. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

You opt in only if you do one of these, on purpose:

Checking the box without sending the text does not subscribe you. LotLine does not buy or import a consent checkbox from another company and treat it as consent to this program.

Consent is not required as a condition of buying or selling a home, or of receiving an offer. You can call or email instead.

STOP, HELP, and contact

After STOP, that number is not texted for this program unless you opt in again. A record of the opt-out is kept so you are not texted by mistake.

What is not shared

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. LotLine does not sell phone numbers. If a real purchase happens, a title company or closing party may receive contact details to close that deal. That is not a marketing share. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers

The program is intended for major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every MVNO or if your device blocks the number.

Changes

If the program changes in a material way, this page and the date above are updated. STOP still works.
