Description of SMS program and messaging use cases

Recurring marketing text messages about possible cash offers and related services, plus optional non-marketing messages for appointment scheduling, transaction updates, and replies to your questions. Each consent choice is separate and optional. This is not a one-time confirmation-only program.

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is a few messages around an active conversation, not more than ten in a month, and not a daily blast.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's plan controls that.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

You opt in only if you do one of these, on purpose:

• On the LotLine website, enter your phone number, choose either or both optional SMS consent boxes (neither is pre-checked), and submit the form; or
• Text that number yourself and ask for a text back.

Checking a box without submitting the form does not subscribe you. LotLine does not buy or import a consent checkbox from another company and treat it as consent to this program. A spoken yes on a call is not SMS consent. Skip-traced numbers are not subscribed.

Consent is not required as a condition of buying or selling a home, or of receiving an offer. You can call or email instead.

Instructions to opt out (Text STOP)

• STOP: Reply STOP to cancel. A one-time confirmation is sent and then SMS to that number stops. You can also say it in those words on a call or email.
• HELP: Reply HELP for a short help message and how to reach LotLine.
• Email offers@lotlinetx.com. Call or text 726-239-4779.

After STOP, that number is not texted for this program unless you opt in again. A record of the opt-out is kept so you are not texted by mistake.

Age restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the LotLine SMS program. The program is intended only for adults who own a property or have authority to discuss its sale.

What is not shared

LotLine does not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If a real purchase happens, a title company or closing party may receive transaction information needed to close that deal. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded and cannot be used for marketing. Supported carriers

The program is intended for major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every MVNO or if your device blocks the number.

Changes

If the program changes in a material way, this page and the date above are updated. STOP still works.
